Using the website

You must be 18 or older, or use the site under a parent/guardian's supervision, and provide accurate details when ordering. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or place fraudulent or abusive orders.

Products and prices

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated. Shipping, COD fee and discounts are shown before you pay.
  • We try to show colours, sizes and descriptions accurately, but slight variations (screen colour, manufacturing batch) can occur.
  • If a product is mispriced or out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.

Orders and payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we confirm it (COD orders may need phone/WhatsApp confirmation first).
  • Online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
  • We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, cannot be delivered or fail verification, and will refund any amount paid.

Reviews

Reviews are accepted only from customers with a delivered order, and are published after a check. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we may remove content that is abusive, unlawful or unrelated.

Text, images, logos and design on this site belong to Evonkart or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example natural events, strikes, courier or network disruptions). Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India where the seller is located, without affecting your right to approach a consumer forum as permitted by law. Please contact us first - most issues are resolved quickly.
