This policy explains what personal data stoxgen ("Evonkart", "we") collects when you use this website, why, and what choices you have. We handle your data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, mobile number, email (optional), delivery address and the items you buy.
  • Payment status: whether your payment succeeded and its reference number. Card, UPI and netbanking details are entered on our payment partners' secure pages - we never receive or store them.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser/device type and pages visited (via cookies and similar technologies), and the ad campaign that brought you here.
  • Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp, and reviews you submit.

Why we use it

  • To process, ship and deliver your order, and to contact you about it (including OTP/confirmation calls for COD orders).
  • To process payments and prevent fraud and misuse.
  • To provide support, handle returns and refunds, and keep legally required records (tax and accounting).
  • To improve the website and measure advertising.
  • To remind you about an unfinished order if you shared your phone number at checkout. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to serve you: payment partners (Easebuzz and/or CCAvenue), courier and logistics companies, our supplier/fulfilment partners (name, phone, address and items - to pack and ship), and service providers for hosting, email/SMS/WhatsApp messaging and analytics. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data when required by law or a court/government order.

Cookies

We use essential cookies (cart, checkout and security) and, if enabled, analytics and advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will not work without essential cookies.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and then deleted or anonymised.

Security

We use HTTPS, restricted access and other reasonable safeguards. No system is 100% secure, but we take care to protect your data.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. Write to our Grievance Officer (details on the Contact page) and we will respond within the time required by law.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 without a parent's or guardian's consent.
