Where we deliver

We deliver across India to all pincodes served by our courier partners. Some remote locations may take longer or may not be serviceable - we will contact you if we cannot deliver to your address.

Processing and delivery time

  • Order processing: within 2 working days of order confirmation.
  • Delivery: usually 4-10 days after dispatch, depending on your location. During festive seasons, sale periods or bad weather, carriers may be slower.
  • You will receive the courier name and tracking number by SMS/email/WhatsApp once your order ships, and you can always check status on Track order.

Shipping charges

  • Orders of ₹599 or more (after discounts) ship free.
  • Below that, a flat shipping fee of ₹75 applies. The exact amount is shown before you pay.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment. Please pay online by UPI, card or netbanking.

Delivery attempts & wrong addresses

Please make sure your address, pincode and phone number are correct. Couriers usually attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone or refusal, the order is returned to the seller (RTO); for prepaid orders we can re-ship after you cover the shipping cost, or refund the item value minus shipping charges.

Damaged in transit?

Please record an unboxing video when you open the parcel. If anything is damaged or wrong, follow our returns & refund policy.
